In 2016, we successfully implemented the “Equipment Intelligent Control System” construction project of Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. Tumote Power Generation Branch Company.

Huadian Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. Tumote Power Generation Branch Company (hereinafter referred to as Tumote) is a model of fully digital and intelligent power plant among newly-built plants of Huadian Group. Its overall design and construction is guided by being digital and intelligent, which is also implemented in all aspects. In terms of equipment management, from the beginning of construction, Tumote has adopted an innovative management method instead of the traditional one through introducing the intelligent power plant production and operation decision support system.

In the process, we built intelligent subsystems covering boilers, steam turbines, auxiliary machines, pipe networks and technical supervision, and utilized the idea of integration to build a management and control platform covering the entire life cycle of equipment;. We also established an intelligent decision-making support system based on the expert knowledge base. As a result, we connected data channels between all subsystems and existing systems of the power plant, thereby to eliminate information silos.
