BKC Assisting Huaneng's 2018 Auxiliary Equipment Diagnosis and Maintenance Skills Competition

Huaneng 2018 Power Plant Auxiliary Equipment Diagnosis and Maintenance Skills Competition was held at Shanghai Electric Power Maintenance Company from November 23 to November 30, 2018. Before the game, BKC provided practical training for all the contestants, enabling them to get familiar with operation of instruments, which thus laid a foundation for the smooth running of the competition. On the 19th, BKC experts joined the test programming group to confidentially work on questions. After researching the question type and content, our experts prepared two groups of questions, with each group consisting five questions and 128 sub-questions. On the 21st, BKC sent 10 judges to enter the field, and provided 13 vibration instruments, three dynamic balance instruments, 10 IR instruments and 10 ultrasonic instruments.

In this competition, a total of 60 contestants from 55 units participated, representing the high skill level of diagnosis and maintenance of auxiliary equipment in Huaneng Group.

From the 27th to the morning on the 29th, BKC judges participated in the actual practice test and worked overtime to score the player's exam on the computer after the test was over. Our judges' fair and impartial attitude and the spirit of hard work and resentment deeply touched the sponsor and contestants. On the afternoon of the 29th, a closing ceremony was held, and 28 contestants received awards and honors. According to statistics, nearly 93% of the contestants have participated in the training courses for maintenance and fault diagnosis of auxiliary machines held by BKC.
